That’s why we chose the name Helios. In Greek mythology, Helios is the God of the Sun, symbolizing a new day. It represents the both the clarity and the opportunity that come with a fresh start. At Helios Franchise Advisors, we help guide you through this next chapter with the confidence and understanding needed to successfully start your own business.
Meet the Sibling-Duo Behind Helios Franchising
Co-founders Kishore and Saila Siva bring a unique blend of corporate leadership, business ownership experience, and a shared passion for helping others succeed. Together, they lead with integrity and insight—offering a partnership you can trust from day one.
At Helios Franchise Advisors, Kishore helps individuals who are considering transitioning to business ownership. He made a significant career change a few years ago, after 25 years in senior executive roles at two of the world’s largest financial institutions. Kishore has worked in New York and London and led global teams across multiple disciplines.
Like many professionals at that stage of their career, he was ready for something different—something that offered more autonomy and impact. With the help of a franchise consultant, Kishore became a franchisee of a global technology consulting franchise in 2020, where he focused on helping companies with consulting, automation, and staff augmentation services.
Kishore was able to leverage his corporate experience to build his franchise business. At the same time, he began actively supporting others exploring the same transition—from corporate careers to entrepreneurship—through Helios Franchise Advisors.
This career shift has been especially rewarding. In addition to running two successful businesses, Kishore plays guitar in a local rock band, coaches his son’s youth baseball and football teams, and volunteers in the community. He’s grateful for the flexibility business ownership has provided, and for the time it allows him to spend with his wife and two sons, and to pursue his passions outside of work.
Kishore holds both a BBA and MBA from George Washington University. He lives with his family in Westchester County, New York.
Saila Siva is Head of Business Development and a Certified Franchise Consultant at Helios Franchise Advisors.
Before joining Helios, Saila worked alongside founder Kishore Siva at a global technology consulting franchise, where she focused on business development, franchisee recruiting, and client relationship management.
Saila brings 19 years of experience in banking and finance. She began her career on Capitol Hill, analyzing financial legislation for industry clients, before spending nearly 15 years at a major international bank. There, she led teams in retail banking, managed small business and corporate clients, and served five years in the Corporate Bank’s COO office.
Currently based in New York City, Saila has also worked in Japan and led short-term projects in Indonesia and England. Her global perspective enables her to connect easily with clients across the U.S. and around the world.
Having successfully transitioned from corporate life to business ownership herself, Saila understands firsthand what many of her clients are navigating. She approaches each initial conversation with a type of unique understanding, whether exploring career goals, brainstorming next steps, or simply walking through how franchising works today. For most clients, that first call becomes the beginning of a transformative journey.
